Job Summary
CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR
Reporting to and closely partnering with the CEO& CFO , the Corporate Finance Directorwill be responsible for leading all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls and cost accountingacross multi-site operations. This role ensures financial integrity, supports strategic decision-making and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing enfironment
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance: CPA or CMA required
- Several years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Deep experience in cost accounting within a supply chain / logisticsenvironment
- Strong knowledge of U.S.GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and integrated financial systems
- Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, standard costing, job costing and variance analysis
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities
