Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Aseptic Process Engineer in Colorado!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and equipment, complete root cause analyses and create procedures for reliable equipment and a stable process
- Improve operational and technical capabilities to achieve business goals
- Identify and implement cost reduction improvements
- Define, communicate and specify expectations for quality and operations teams
- Ensure engineering solutions meets requirements
- Assess risks and issues and make decisions with a sense of urgency
- Use formal problem-solving skills for complex problems
- Identify and develop initiatives and capital projects that enhance supply chain processes
- Seek and evaluate vendor qualifications
- Justify and recommend capital improvements and upgrades
- Set technical standards for operating manuals, maintenance, safety and quality
- Ensure all projects include risk analysis and contingency planning
- Travel to collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvement opportunities and upgrades
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years' of Operations experience in automation systems environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and project management processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong technical background
- Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification
