Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Sr Manager - Organic Chemistry/Materials/ISO/NMR
· Education: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a highly related discipline /M.S. degree
· Technical Background:
- MUST
have degree or exposure to Organic Chemistry
- MUST
have contract manufacturing background in dilution/assembly of
molecules/supplier development in contract manufacturing
· CMO/CDMO Management: MUST have demonstrated experience managing custom fine chemical synthesis or electronic material suppliers in Asia. Strong cross-cultural communication and remote project management skills are non-negotiable.
· Analytical Chemistry Mastery: Deep hands-on proficiency in interpreting and configuring complex spectroscopy and chromatography sequences, including quantitative NMR a must (1H-qNMR / 19F-qNMR), HPLC-PDA-CAD, ICP-MS, and DSC.
· Quality Systems: Must have put an ISO 9001 quality management into place and have led this to an ISO certification,

batch record auditing, and the deployment of PFMEA risk matrices.
· Leadership: MUST have developed a team from scratch and managed a team
