Your RoleAs the Store Director, you?ll guide all aspects of store performance from financial success and merchandising execution to staff development and guest satisfaction. You?ll be the driving force behind operational excellence and a trusted leader for a passionate, service-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused performance
Build, coach, and mentor a team of department managers and associates to achieve store goals
Develop schedules and staffing plans to maintain proper coverage while optimizing labor efficiency
Maintain inventory accuracy, product freshness, and vendor relationships that support consistent availability
Lead by example in upholding company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Monitor financial reports, P&L statements, and KPIs to track store performance and identify growth opportunities
Implement merchandising strategies, in-store promotions, and community events that drive traffic and increase sales
Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns quickly and effectively
Foster a positive culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service
Collaborate with regional leadership to align store objectives with broader company goals
What You Bring
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
3 5 years of multi-department retail or grocery management experience
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing teams
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and financial accountability
Experience using POS and inventory management systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
